When you enrol for our booking system, we will collect, encrypt and then store your contact details on our secure system. This is so we know who is accessing our services and to let you know of any changes. Your personal characteristic data is stored separately, is anonymised and is used solely for internal data reporting. None of your data will be shared with any third parties.
We store information on the courses that you have registered for and attended, as well as your journal entries. This data can only be accessed by the Community Roots team and will not be shared with any other learners or third parties beyond what is required for the booking system to work. This information will only be used to help us understand what you are accessing and for our practitioners to discuss with you course related information and how we can further assist you on your wellbeing journey.
